Hi, I'm Savannah
A Fredericksburg native who grew up in this business.
I started working in my family's shop on Main Street at ten and was running B&B reservations for Absolute Charm not long after. Today I help buyers and sellers with luxury homes, short-term rentals, historic properties and Hill Country land, backed by Absolute Charm Real Estate Group, the family team behind more than $1 billion in sales.
When I'm not showing homes you'll find me taking golf lessons at Boot Ranch, cheering on the Spurs, at a Broadway show at the Majestic, or at dinner at Cabernet Grill with my husband David.
